From the Board

Welcome to the Fly Auburn website! We’re glad you’re here!

The Aviation Management Advisory Board (AMAB) is an active group of alumni and distinguished members of the aviation community representing all aspects of the aviation industry. The board currently has members representing all three aviation degree programs at Auburn. We encourage your involvement, resources, suggestions, and opportunities to enhance the AMAB and our growing program. Please visit the “Get Involved” section and join our efforts.

The success of our program has benefited from the unprecedented dedication, support and enthusiasm of our alumni. Your continued support has provided numerous opportunities for graduates entering the workforce, and shown the true Auburn Spirit. I assure you our graduates continue to represent the utmost professionalism, character, and attitude while representing all of us in the industry. The AMAB recently held an industry/student forum featuring Executives from the FAA, JetBlue, AirTran, and the NBAA. The professionalism and charisma or our students was exemplorary.

The momentum is exciting thanks to your continued support!

Please plan to join us for any or all of our upcoming activities.

In an effort to keep you plugged in please register on the alumni directory. As a non-profit organization having an email contact is important. This is the only way to keep you informed. With the successful move to the College of Business from Engineering we have had difficulty reaching ALL aviation management alumni. Regardless of the college you graduated from, together, as aviation management alumni we need your continued input to enhance our programs. The directory is open to all Auburn graduates in aviation so please encourage colleagues to register. The AMAB is able to connect all graduates through our networking capability.

The Auburn Spirit continues to soar. The next time you visit Auburn please visit the faculty and students in the Department of Aviation Management & Logistics in the College of Business. Our alumni visits continue to offer new opportunities for Auburn and provide invaluable resources to the faculty and students.

We look forward to talking with you soon and we encourage you to get involved.
