Auburn Renews Commitment to Aviation Management

In a letter to students, parents and alumni Auburn University Provost Dr. Timothy Boosinger said that, “Auburn will continue and strengthen both the professional flight and aviation management degree programs…”

With Auburn’s new commitment to aviation management, many of you may be asking, “What can I do to help grow the programs?”

First, we need to say THANK YOU to Auburn University. We need to let them know that we are in full support of their decision and our programs. In the upcoming months, our support will be especially vital. We will need your support in many areas including; recruiting, volunteering, maintaining industry support, funding scholarships and helping with the upcoming capital campaign.

Please join us in calling President Gogue and Provost Boosinger at 334-844-4650 and 334-844-5771 respectively. Voicemail is available 24 hours a day on both numbers if you are unable to call during business hours. When you call, please let them know your name, your employer and how much you appreciate their decision to maintain and grow the Aviation Management programs.

Our 4,000-plus alumni, students, parents and industry leaders went all in to promote and help save our beloved programs. We will continue to need this level of support as we begin to expand and grow both Aviation Management programs.

Auburn Aviation Management is still open for business! Both Aviation Management programs are on the verge of even greater things. Please help spread the word about what is happening on The Plains. Let your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and employers know about Auburn University Aviation Management.

If you have friends who have not joined our email list, please send them to FlyAuburn.org. Also, if you are on Facebook please join the Auburn University Aviation Alumni group. If you use Twitter, search for #FlyAuburn.

Moving forward, please know that we are one team. We are united.
